Christoph has over 25 years of professional experience in business and consulting. He specializes in leading organizations, often private equity-owned, through highly impactful transformations, providing actionable strategic and operational advice. His expertise encompasses global and high-impact transformations, with a particular focus on business and organizational transformation, restructuring, target operating model development, SG&A optimization, procurement, and post-merger integration. Christoph brings extensive experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary projects. He has a proven track record of delivering significant and sustainable operational and financial impacts to clients swiftly and in a hands-on manner. Before joining AlixPartners, Christoph worked for the Allianz Group, most recently as Head of IT Economics. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years as a consultant, most recently as a Senior Partner at Roland Berger. Christoph holds a Master's degree from the University of Frankfurt.
