Philippa is a consultant within the executive interim practice, specialising in providing SME resource/senior consultants across front office, operations, risk and compliance. She has a significant focus on delivering business change and transformation solutions, coupled with building out regulatory change teams by providing senior resource (Programme Directors/Managers and Project Managers). Philippa also provides interim COO gap management solutions to clients across these functions. Philippa joined Leathwaite in 2013. Prior to this, Philippa worked as a search consultant for a legal recruitment firm and before this, spent seven years at Robert Walters as a consultant, recruiting interim roles across all middle office functions for investment banks. Philippa completed a public relations management diploma from Birnham Business College in Johannesburg, South Africa.
