Thomas Gajhede, based in Aarhus, but with clients in Denmark and abroad, is an experienced consultant in Mercuri Urval's public sector team. Typical clients include universities, municipalities, regions and government departments - and other organisations connected to the public sector. Thomas focuses on executive search, leadership advisory such as assessment and development centres, and management consultancy. Also, he serves as an active member of Mercuri Urval Denmark's internal training team. Thomas began his career in the health sector as a quality coordinator in a regional hospital where he was overall responsible for the hospital's activities in relation to quality management, HR and organisational development with reference to the hospital's board of directors. Thomas has additional experience with implementation and accreditation of ISO standards, project management and coaching. Thomas has an MSc in Public Administration from the University of Aalborg, and he was educated in ABCD Coaching and ABCD Coaching Advanced - Mercuri Urval and International Coach Federation in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
