Biography
Mr. Parker has helped large multi-national organizations define and develop human capital capabilities as it pertains to developing a Digital footprint along with helping established Digital businesses maintain their competitive edge in retaining and attracting proven leadership.
Before entering executive search, Mr. Parker was a management consultant with Booz & Company in San Francisco. In this capacity, he worked with leading technology and healthcare companies on growth strategy, organizational redesign, and cost reduction initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Parker worked for Ernst & Young where he investigated alleged corporate misconduct for the firm's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
Mr. Parker earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
