Based out of London, he works across our global enterprise to advise our clients wherever they may be. He is especially experienced working with organizations across the aerospace, defense, and security environments, including militaries and defense contractors. He has also worked extensively across the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. Asim focuses on executive search, leadership transition, succession planning, and diversity advice. Much of his work centers on transplanting best-practice thinking across functions and sectors. Prior to joining our firm, he worked for a large executive search and organizational strategy firm, where he was responsible for several of its most significant partnerships. Asim holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics & Economics from Loughborough University in the UK and Universidade de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. He is partway through a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from King’s College London.
