Mariah builds out C-level teams across consumer internet, enterprise software and healthcare IT businesses. Her work spans the globe, and some of her top clients include Simple Health, Hinge Health, SolutionReach, Gloo, Eden Health, andros, and TB12. Mariah began her talent career with Daversa partners before joining a healthcare IT client, Quartet Health, as an executive and technical recruiter. Mariah joined Ro, a direct-to-consumer telehealth company, as head of people and talent, scaling the company from 50 to 150 people, seed to Series B, and $30M - $200M in revenue before joining True Search to help build out the Healthcare practice. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in management from Bryant University.
