Before his current path in the Executive Search & HR Advisory, Federico has developed quite a unique career in Human Resources within Industry leaders. Started off his professional progression in the Swedish Group SKF, up to HR Director and HR Strategic Business Partner in global units mainly in the Engineering, Automotive, and Energy businesses, with offices in Italy and US. He has concurrently served as Quality, Purchasing, CSR, and EHS Head. Afterwards, within the Japanese Corporation DENSO, Federico has headed up the HR and H&S of EMEA and South America Regions, and later on the Global HR Transformation project of the group, with offices in Italy and Japan at the group’s HQs. Both as HR Head and Executive headhunter, Federico has been contributing to the growth of the business by strengthening the organizations, enhancing HR vision and practices, leading change in multicultural matrixes, and driving the recruitment/onboarding for key leadership positions in Operations, Business Units/Functions/Processes across Europe, Americas and Asia. Federico has a University degree in Law (Turin, Italy).
