Katie started out in the early 90’s in IT Staffing and went on to build and operate a $5M firm. Katie’s vast experience in the areas of recruiting, marketing, management and staffing have proven invaluable to her IT clients and candidates. A small business owner for over 10 years, Katie has been responsible for full life cycle recruiting for contract, contract to hire and direct placements of IT/IR professionals. Katie has successfully staffed all areas of IT including VP level, Directors, Project Managers, Application Architects, Designers, Developers, E-Commerce Professionals, Quality Assurance Analysts, Business Analysts, Process Analysts, Data Warehouse Architects, Network Engineers, UNIX and NT Administrators, Help Desk Analysts, etc. in client/server, mainframe and midrange environments. She has handled accounts management and recruiting for multiple clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Katie also brings experience in the management of consultants at client sites including employee orientation, benefits administration, performance appraisals, payroll and merit increases, contract extensions, counseling, and client satisfaction reviews. Originally from Pennsylvania, she now lives in Atlanta. She loves running, travel, and stand-up comedy.
