With nearly 15 years of experience in the HR consulting industry, across talent analytics, operational team leadership and actuarial services, Mr. Artale uses his unique ability to unite the art and science of data analytics to develop compelling visuals and rich insights that serve as a catalyst for change. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Mr. Artale was a director in Willis Towers Watson's talent management & organizational alignment line of business where he served as North America future of work leader and advanced their human capital analytics and inclusion & diversity offerings. Mr. Artale is a frequent guest speaker at national events/engagements on the topic of future of work and reinventing jobs, while keeping the emphasis on the human element. Mr. Artale earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Windsor, and further education in Actuarial Mathematics through the Society of Actuaries.
