Tomasz combines a strong engineering background, diversified consulting expertise and a hands-on track record as an MD and CEO in e-commerce, innovation and financial services. Having spent 7 years as a top-tier strategy consultant, he helped numerous clients in banking, energy, heavy industry and FMCG both on a strategic level and during challenging implementations or turnarounds. His consulting experience underpins his sound understanding of various business models, needs and leadership styles, which greatly benefits his clients in the course of executive search assignments. His former MD role in one of the biggest e-commerce groups in CEE gave him not only real-life experience with new technologies, but also provided with a business owner’s perspective. He then spent six years as Head of Corporate Strategy in one of the largest insurers in Europe and CEO of an innovative risk engineering subsidiary. Tomasz is a natural leader with extensive experience and knowledge in team management and team effectiveness, derived not only from business, but also from sports and the military. Tomasz’s broad and diversified experience is what makes him a great partner for our clients in finding the right people for the task and building strong and performing teams. Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Automatics and Robotics from the Poznań University of Technology. Having studied Robotics, he also spent his time working on research into using AI in treating paraplegic disability by bridging broken parts of the spinal cord. Later in his career he combined AI knowledge and business acumen while leading a team of experts in the preparation of the AI and digital strategy for Poland. Additionally he served as an “Innovation in insurance” lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
