Disha Chawla serves as an Associate Partner and brings over 15 years of executive search experience to the firm. She manages the APAC Research team across sectors and is also an integral part of the Banking, Financial Services and FinTech practice groups, responsible for senior management talent assessment and market analysis. Disha has worked extensively across both emerging and mature markets. Over the years she has built her expertise in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Banking, Global Markets (CIB), NBFC, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance and Financial Technology (E-commerce, Payments, Analytics, Automation) sectors. Prior to DHR, Disha was a Financial Services Consultant with Executive Access Hong Kong Group. Disha is certified in Marketing by the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IBS.
