He also partners with leaders to transform culture and drive change. Mr. Misciagna has worked with leading global Financial Services companies as well as organizations in Technology, Media and Entertainment, Healthcare, Software, Government, and non-profits. Mr. Misciagna worked with many leading organizations to guide them on the organizational aspects of strategy implementation. Mr. Misciagna also assisted FinTech's in redesigning their approach to product management. Mr. Misciagna is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Advisory Practice, based in our Philadelphia office. Mr. Misciagna brings over thirty years of consulting and leadership experience to Korn Ferry's Advisory practice. Before joining Korn Ferry Mr. Misciagna was a Managing Director in Deloitte's Financial Services practice, an Associate Partner at IBM, filled various leadership roles in other consulting organizations, the US Postal Service, Times Mirror Co., PepsiCo, and the US Army. Mr. Misciagna has a PhD in Organization and Management and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University, as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NY. Mr. Misciagna is also a thought leader in the area of the impact of significant organizational change on organizational effectiveness and innovation, having conducted groundbreaking research on the subject.
