Consultant based in Lyon, Chloé Pivard, specialises in selection, recruitment and development for middle and top management profiles. She is passionate about technical environments and acting as a Business Partner. Chloé supports her clients, small and medium size companies from industrial and technological sectors, in their growth and performances. She is recognised for her skills to create added value for her client's businesses by delivering management and people development competent advice. Before joining Mercuri Urval, Chloé spent five years working within a leading engineering company, where she used to recruit engineers, technical experts and Project leaders on mechanical development, industrialisation, and electric & electronic fields for the transportation industry (automotive, aeronautics and railway). After acquiring strong expertise in recruitment, she took on team management responsibilities and was in charge of defining and deploying recruitment strategies. Chloé has a Master's degree in Humans Resources Development.
