Mr. Mendonca works throughout the Latin America region. He is specialized in executive search, leadership development and board services. He is also the leader for the Digital Practice for the Latin America Region. Mr. Mendonca's core experience is in the Tech & Digital ecosytem and its influence on emerging and transitioning markets and consequent talent requirements, serving clients across the Technology, Digital Pure Play Telecommunications, Business and Professional Services, Media and Entertainment, Consumer, and Financial services marketplaces. Mr. Mendonca has experience in working with listed, private, private equity and venture capital backed companies, across Latin America. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mendonca was a partner at another global executive search and advisory firm for 16 years, based in Sao Paulo and London. Before this, he worked in Human Resources at Unilever in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Mendonca started his career with Trevisan Auditores e Consultores, in the Human Capital Consulting practice. Mr. Mendonca holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidade Católica de Sao Paulo. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
