Biography
With over 30 years of experience leading professional services teams to architect and deliver value-driven business solutions for clients, Chris brings the full breadth of the firm’s capabilities - organizational strategy and design, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership development and total rewards - to enable clients to achieve their strategic, leadership and talent goals and objectives. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Chris served as the Management Advisory Lead for BDO USA, focusing on selling, architecting and delivering enterprise-wide business solutions, leveraging organizational strategy, business process improvement and technology enablement. He also led BDO’s post-merger integration competency group focused on working with client executive teams to drive integration strategy, planning and stabilization management coupled with synergy planning and realization. Prior to BDO, Chris spent 23 years with Accenture LLC, 12 years as a client account partner as well as a Finance & Performance Management and Human Performance competency lead for the Accenture’s US Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource (CENR) industry group. In that capacity, Chris was the primary point person for delivery excellence for Natural Resources accounts across North America and bringing the firm’s finance and human capital talents to our clients across the CENR practice.
