Wibke Dauletiar partners with clients in the technology industry to build and develop growth-focused leadership teams. Based in Hamburg, she has over 15 years of experience in leadership advisory, change management, and board-level strategies. She coaches her clients through executive assessment and development, digital modernization, internal integration, and strategic communications. Previously, Wibke worked at Gruner+Jahr/RTL, both subsidiaries of Bertelsmann, where she held senior level roles for 10+ years, including managing director of the Greenhouse Innovation Lab and general manager of transformation for the C-suite. In these roles, she identified new business models, launched new personnel structures and executive bodies, and drove brand, strategy, and business development across the portfolio. As a member of the management board, she launched initiatives that identified top digital talent within the company. Wibke began her career as a visiting associate with Boston Consulting Group. Wibke holds a master’s degree in media culture from the University of Hamburg. She successfully completed an executive program at Harvard Business school, and holds several certificates in coaching, organizational development, and psychology e.g. from Yale University. In 2012, Wibke founded LaCoach, offering executive coaching and personal development to empower leaders to align career goals around their personal values. Wibke was a jury member of the Deutscher Gründerpreis, the main German startup and entrepreneur award, for several years.
