Ralf is a restructuring and M&A expert. He supports executives, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders primarily with holistic restructuring concepts, options analyses, insolvency-related consulting, and management of M&A projects. Ralf is passionate about solving complex matters and delivering excellent results. For his clients, he provides clear guidance through difficult situations and develops practical solutions to overcome their most critical challenges – standing with them until the job is done. Ralf has more than 14 years of experience across various industries such as industrial products and machinery, maritime and shipping, aerospace and defense, and private equity. Previously, he was Principal at Roland Berger for Restructuring, Performance & Transaction; and Senior Manager as well as member of the management team of FTI-Andersch. Before that, Ralf was a corporate lawyer at international law firms with focus on M&A and special situations. He has also already served as inhouse corporate counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
