Ryan Harmon is a Senior Managing Director for Robert Half Executive Search who focuses on finding executive leadership candidates for global companies in industries including financial services, private equity portfolio companies, tier-one consulting firms global law firms. Ryan began his Robert Half career in 2015 as Branch Manager. Before joining Robert Half’s retained executive search service, he was a Director in the Strategic Accounts division where he specialized in the search and placement of marketing, creative and technology talent for his Fortune 500 clients. Based in Dallas, Texas, Ryan enjoys outdoor activities, including golf. He also volunteers his time to the American Cancer Society and several other charities. Ryan graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in communications. In 2016, he was selected to sit on the Digital Advisory Council for Southern Methodist University’s Digital Accelerator program.
