Michael McCauley is a member of the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector, with emphasis on the Chemicals, Materials and Packaging Practice. He is based in Dallas. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Michael held several positions at Michelin North America, most recently as a leader in extrusion manufacturing. During his time there, he led a team of industrial engineers responsible for site lean applications and plant cost results. Before Michelin, Michael spent over seven years with the United States Army in various roles, including Platoon Leader in Iraq, Instructor at the Army Fires Center of Excellence, and Task Force Fire Support Officer in the 1st Cavalry Division. Michael received his M.B.A. from Syracuse University with a focus in Business Analytics, and his B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
