Ms. Sirkin has both healthcare industry and consulting experience providing the unique ability to work closely with her clients to ensure their needs are met with programs designed that can be effectively administered. Ms. Sirkin has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) consulting and healthcare industry experience. Ms. Sirkin has unique experience implementing large programs and systems in matrixed organizations. She has expertise with Accountable Care Organizations related to compensation and employer benefit objectives. She also was previously a consultant in HR Advisory and Tax practices of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Ms. Sirkin holds a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Taxation from Baylor University. She has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the State of Texas.
