Richard has more than 10 years experience in managing research, investigations and operations in both the private and public sectors. He brings a truly unique blend of investigative and operational experience to the practice of executive search having delivered senior executive search assignments for ASX 200, Fortune 500, and FTSE 100 corporations across a variety of sectors including automotive, retail, technology and professional services. Commencing his career in executive search with Cordiner King in 2005, Richard worked alongside a variety Partners, delivering searches for a range of mid-cap organisations, government and statutory authorities, professional services firms and top-ranking Australian Universities. Richard also possesses a unique understanding of the selection and assessment methodologies drawn from the Australian Government's most rigorous national security protocols. Between 2008 and 2012 he held responsibility for the management of complex national security investigations and delivered risk/threat assessments to both foreign and domestic government departments and agencies. Richard returned to executive search in 2012 when he joined the London-based boutique firm Augmentum Consulting. During this period his clients included global online retailers, tier-1 professional services firms and national infrastructure providers. Richard holds a B.Comm and BA from the University of Melbourne.
