French and Belarussian, Svetlana holds multiple MSc degrees in Political Sciences, Legal Translation and Business Administration. She speaks perfect French, English and Russian and is also Fluent in German and Spanish. Svetlana started her career in the French subsidiary of an American capital equipment manufacturer as a Supply Chain professional. She switched to Executive Search in 2008: first in Lyon and then in Paris, in a firm which became later Odgers Berndtson France. In 2018, Svetlana joined Korn Ferry International as a Managing Consultant in charge of developing the Chemicals, Agribusiness and Energy practice. In 2020, Svetlana joined again Odgers Berndtson France and its Life Science and Industry Practices to strengthen the Agribusiness, Chemicals, Process Industries and Energy sectors.
