Clare is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is qualified in Coaching Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Coaching section. She is also registered with the HCPC, the regulating body for psychologists. With over twenty-five years consultancy experience, Clare's specialist expertise lies in the practical application of business psychology to enhance individual, team and organisational performance, and she works closely with clients to develop solutions to meet their challenges in team & leadership development. Clare’s work focuses on the design and delivery of assessment and development programmes; leadership training and executive coaching. She has also been responsible for the project management of several accounts involved in substantial organisational restructure and cultural change. In addition to her formal training, Clare has spent much time researching the worlds of accelerated learning and coaching, which has taken her to a range of teachers across the globe. She is relentless in her search to find new ways to enable lasting change and results for her clients, and is always keen to explore the cutting edge of psychological research. Clare has been married to Rob for twenty years and has two teenage sons. When she’s not skiing, running or buried in a book, Clare can generally be found accompanying one of her sons to various gymnastics events, where he competes as part of the TeamGB squad. After embarking her career in the finance sector, Clare went on to further her career as a Business Psychologist with SHL Group where she led consulting teams working on national and international assessment assignments for some of the world’s top companies. Since then she has assisted with the set up and running of several smaller consultancies.
