Biography
With a career spanning 15 years, Jane has gained valuable experience working with multi-national organizations helping to refine their strategic talent acquisition functions. She has also held positions in senior leadership teams within international recruitment houses where she managed teams, specialized in delivering end to end recruitment of Executive client appointments supporting her clients to successfully promote their EVP and attract the best talent to their organizations.
In addition to strategic talent search assignments, Jane’s clients entrusted her to lead several outsourced projects including:
Diversity and inclusion recruitment campaigns aimed at increasing participation of underrepresented groups in senior technical roles
Launching rebranded EVP to specific targeted audiences using sophisticated digital marketing strategies
Consulting on business continuity planning for staffing through natural disasters.
Central to Jane’s success is her ability to develop collaborative partnerships with the clients she chooses to work with. She takes the time to understand not just their business needs and provides innovative solutions that set their long-term talent strategies apart from their competitors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jane worked with a prominent HR solutions firm as the Client Development Manager supporting her client portfolio in achieving their overarching strategic business objectives.
Jane received her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Griffith University.
