Ariel Clemons advises clients in the areas of executive assessment, succession planning, and development. Ariel joined Russell Reynolds Associates with nearly a decade of consulting experience. She joins from The Chemistry Group, where she was a talent strategy senior consultant. In that role, she focused on talent benchmarking and talent assessment to help companies improve their selection and development processes. Prior to that role, she was a healthcare consultant at Huron working across the inpatient and outpatient environments, with a particular focus on helping health organizations improve timely patient access to care. Ariel holds a BS in human and organizational development and psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MS in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College. She is currently completing a certification in executive coaching from the College of Executive Coaching.
