With over 25 years experience in consulting and industry, Mark co-heads AlixPartners’ in the UK and AlixPartners’ EMEA Private Equity practice. He has a particular focus on large cross-border company transformations and has extensive experience in Europe, North America and Asia across a range of sectors such as business services, industrial products, oil & gas, chemicals, consumer goods and healthcare. He works extensively in Private Equity, working with sponsors and companies in M&A transactions (operational due diligence, post-merger integration and / or carve-out) and value creation / execution in manufacturing, procurement, and SG&A optimization, along with undertaking interim management roles. Mark started his career in industry at GE in various operational roles in Europe, Asia and the US, and holds a Masters in Finance from Princeton University and degrees in Business Studies and Operations Management from Aberdeen University.
