Simon Gutknecht joined Amrop in 2023. After studying psychology and business administration with a PhD degree from the University of Zurich, he worked for several years in the financial industry as a product manager for tailor-made assessment centers and as a project manager in a global HR initiative in the recruiting and talent management streams. Simon has been working in the consulting industry since 2009 and was initially jointly responsible for the operational management of an international consulting company in the field of management diagnostics and development. Before joining Amrop, he headed the HR Consulting department at one of the leading personnel consulting companies in Switzerland for several years.
