Jon brings more than 17 years of executive search experience focusing primarily on financial, operational, and human resources roles across a variety of industry sectors, including business & professional services, private equity, real estate, consumer & retail, financial services, and nonprofits. Prior to joining DHR, Jon served as Partner at a global human capital firm specializing in career transition, talent development, and executive search. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Partner at boutique and international financial services recruitment agencies. Prior to his human capital career, Jon worked in public accounting and mergers & acquisitions with a Big Four firm for nearly 15 years. Jon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in co-op accountancy from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant. Jon is a member of the Finance & Audit Committee for Parkinson Canada, the Finance Committee and Board for ACO (Adoption Council of Ontario), and the Finance Committee and soon-to-be Board for the JCCC (Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre). Jon also volunteers his time to DECA and CPA Ontario.
