As a Managing Director with Robert Half Executive Search, Kim Davis brings more than 30 years of business development and consultative search experience to her clients. Her customized approach to the engagement process focuses on creating mutually beneficial, thriving relationships for her clients and their leaders. Kim joined Robert Half’s retained executive search service with a successful history of executing C-level, VP and Director searches across a variety of industries, including financial services (brokerage, capital markets, investment management, trust and banking), insurance and professional services nationwide. Her experience includes founding and operating her own executive search firm as well as serving as in-house search executive for top national and regional firms. Based in Birmingham, Ala., Kim is actively involved in a variety of local organizations, and has served on several executive diversity councils and participated in multiple mentorship programs. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as doing anything outdoors, especially running and hiking, and listening to music of all genres. Kim graduated from The University of Alabama, Culverhouse School of Commerce and Business Administration with a bachelor’s in marketing.
