Peter Gramkov leads the firm's business operations in Denmark. He has previously served on the global Executive Committee from 2015 to 2018 and is a core member of the firm's global Board & CEO Advisory Partners and Technology Practice. Furthermore, Peter is currently a member of the firm’s LEAP Committee. Peter focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments, bringing extensive experience in executive assessment work and broad international searches across all functions. In addition, he is an expert at conducting searches within different ownership structures, from family and trust owned to publicly quoted, foundation, private equity and venture-capital-backed companies. Since joining the firm, Peter has been responsible for recruiting close to 350 executives across the Scandinavian region and internationally. He is based in Copenhagen. Peter has more than 20 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience, advising clients locally and abroad. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he worked on the major account sales team for Compaq, now Hewlett-Packard, in Denmark. Peter received an MSc in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant in the Scandinavian languages.
