Javier serves on several boards of companies. After a successful career in various management positions in the Education sector, he was one of the founders of EMA Partners International. Since then, Javier has played an important role in the evolution of the company and has served as Regional Chairman for the EMEA region, as well as Global Chairman. He has extensive experience as a search practitioner across industries including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. Javier holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also earned a degree in Management Development (PDD) from IESE Business School.
