Biography
Ms. Hanley brings 10 years consulting experience across private and public sector from C-Suite to first line managers. Her areas of expertise include senior leader assessment and development, executive coaching and complex transformation programmes. Her industry experience includes leading projects in financial services, manufacturing, technology, life sciences, utilities, retail and government.
Recent client work has involved developing leadership capability and advising on culture change in a government client, coaching directors in an insurance company, leading a project to identify high potential Finance directors in a FMCG client and designing people frameworks for a utilities company. She has also lead work for clients in assessment for selection, talent strategy, HR transformation and outplacement.
As the Head of Coaching in her previous organisation and with over 10 years experience of consulting directly to clients, Ms. Hanley combines practical solutions with deep technical knowledge to create successful business solutions for her clients.
Ms. Hanley is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and holds MScs in Performance Psychology (University of Edinburgh) and Occupational Psychology (British Psychological Society). She also holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from University College Dublin. She has an accreditation in coaching from Lane4/Middlesex University and is a Registered Test User with the British Psychological Society.
