Mr. Jahn is a renowed expert and advisor for board members and executives. He works with his clients in order to solve the challenges of HR management in international organizations. Mr. Jahn has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant in HR consulting including leadership of consulting practices and teams. His subject matter focus in consulting is board member and executive compensation as well as organisational development. As engagement leader he is personally in contact with the board members, top executives and other leaders of our international clients. Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Jahn worked for diverse consulting firms with a specific focus on HR Management Consulting. In his last engagement he was leading the executive compensation practice with a team of 10 experts. As a project leader he has been responsible for numerous small, big and medium sized client projects. He has a vocational training as bank clerk and a master degree in business administration from University in G'ttingen. He is fluent in German and English.
