Brian Warner is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. He partners with enterprise software companies on go-to-market leadership searches, inclusive of heads of sales, go-to-market operations, customer success, president, chief operating officers, and chief executive officers. Brian also plays a role in the global sales and software sectors, leading searches for high-growth, pre-IPO, private equity-backed, and publicly-traded companies. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2016 as an associate, initially working on searches across a variety of functions including CEO, board, CFO, engineering, product, sales, and marketing. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Brian spent 5 years as an associate at a boutique executive search firm, Daley and Associates, where he focused on accounting and finance placements for Boston-based companies. Brian was a member of the men’s hockey team in college and served as captain his senior year.
