Ms. Themas is responsible for the process and leadership level engagements in Jakarta office. Ms. Themas has over 25 years in Executive Search and Human Resources. Her strong network among multinational company as well as local companies in Indonesia continues to grow as she works closely with industry leaders to improve the awareness of conscious leadership in Indonesia. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Ms. Themas worked for a global leader in staffing services where she last served as a Managing Director and Country Head. She was responsible for developing the business starting from the beginning and instrumental in expanding the portfolio business of the Indonesian office to become real workforce solution consultant, covering Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO, and Outplacement. She began her career at IBM. Ms. Themas earned her bachelor of management degree from Christian University of Indonesia. She is also active in professional organizations such as PMSM, ICSR Society, SHRM, and ADHO (ASEAN Human Development Organization). She is often consulted by the Media in Indonesia as an opinion leader within the talent acquisition, salary benchmarking, menial talent, and workforce solution space.
