Biography
Ms. Payne has fifteen years of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in individual and group coaching, having developed and administered a diverse range of educational programs for multinational corporations.
She provides subject matter expertise and instructional design for various leadership development offerings focusing on providing clients with innovative approaches to learning and communication issues, working from strategy to hands-on development and design.
Ms. Payne's diverse industry experience includes a dozen years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare arena, and additional consulting in marketing, retail, banking, construction, hospitality/restaurant, telecommunications, government, and nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Payne founded a leadership development and training consultancy firm and has established a track record of successful executive coaching and strategic human resource solutions in corporate and entrepreneurial environments and implemented cross-functional, cross-industry organizational programs. Ms. Payne is one of the highest-rated faculty members and a lead faculty member for a long-standing custom program for a top-five global strategic consulting firm.
Ms. Payne is completing her Ph.D. in educational leadership from the University of Colorado. She earned a master's degree in organizational psychology and counselor education from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Adams State College.
