With more than 15 years of executive search experience, she specializes in general management, commercial leadership, and technical leadership searches for the technology sector across a wide range of verticals, including enterprise software, IT services, security, telecommunication, and semiconductor. She also leads the Human Resources Officer Practice in Tokyo, supporting success of clients across industries by placing CHRO and senior HR professionals in various strategic and functional leadership roles. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Yuki was a search consultant at other search firm in Los Angeles, where she mainly served US subsidiaries of major Japanese companies in the IT, telecommunication, and semiconductor sectors.
