As a Director, Tom is Sheffield Haworth’s lead across the Retail & Specialist Financial Services sector. Working in partnership with a broad spectrum of client firms ranging from global to specialist & challenger banks, fintechs, non-bank lenders and the investor community that supports the whole ecosystem, Tom is well networked and has a proven track record of successful execution at C-suite and Board level. Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth in 2021 he spent 9 years with a leading search and consulting group, latterly leading their banking business. In his early days Tom designed a piece of furniture for Habitat and holds a degree from Chelsea Art School.
