Denis is a Partner & Managing Director in the Investigations, Disputes & Advisory practice at AlixPartners, and is based in New York. Denis advises and counsels companies on a broad range of complex matters involving investigations, forensic accounting, expert testimony, arbitration, interim management and corporate recovery. He has more than 40 years of experience in guiding companies through complicated litigations, intricate corporate investigations, and difficult corporate recoveries. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Denis was a Partner at PwC in the firm’s financial advisory services practice. Denis has a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and New York State, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He is certified in financial forensics and a member of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers. Denis teaches the Principles of Auditing at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
