Before executive recruiting, Jonathan started his career as a healthcare technology consultant implementing software solutions to health systems and physician practice organizations. He later joined Deloitte Consulting as a member of the healthcare practice introducing performance improvement initiatives to hospitals across the country. Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in economics and sociology. He completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare from George Washington University.
