ince 2002 I have been in HR consulting and since 2008 I have been doing it together with my colleagues at Odgers Berndtson. My specialization and the part of my professional career that I like the most is coaching. I help people in corporations to find a mutually beneficial combination of their ambitions and strengths with the objectives of their managerial role. I also conduct sessions and trainings, the central themes of which are relationship building, emotion management, feedback, conflict resolution. I appreciate the possibility of a creative experiment, the search for a unique solution for a specific task in any project.
