Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Cecilia remained for almost fourteen years in DBM and Global Novations where she assumed different challenges and responsibilities locally and internationally. She was Business Manager and Senior Consultant of Across, partner of Global Novations in Brazil, also she lead the operation of Global Novations in Colombia, Peru and Mexico on business development and consulting projects. In Ecuador, Cecilia was associate consultant of Advance Talent, DBM partner in Guayaquil, she was responsible for restructuring processes in multinational companies. In DBM Colombia she was senior consultant leading and supporting outplacement processes. She began her career in CRM Organizational Psychology where she was Junior Consultant supporting Assessment Center process. Cecilia, psychologist with systemic therapy studies of Javeriana University in Bogot, is Master Trainer and Senior Consultant in a wide number of Korn Ferry's solutions, in leadership development, career development, cultural transformation and diversity and inclusion. Additionally she is certified coach from Coaching for Wellness, ICF member. She is fluent in English and Portuguese
