Ms. Kramp has spent over 15 years with Korn Ferry, partnering with global retail and consumer-facing companies. She recruits board level executives and partners to build high performing senior teams. She is actively involved in retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer businesses. Ms. Kramp is a core member of the CEO Succession Practice and serves on the Global Consumer Markets senior leadership team. She has also been actively involved in the mentoring program at Korn Ferry. Ms. Kramp brings a wealth of relevant knowledge to her role, with almost 20 years of business experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was Vice President of Merchandising for Charming Shoppes, Inc Earlier, Ms. Kramp was with Sears, Roebuck and Company. During her tenure, she was actively involved in the Softer Side of Sears campaign. She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Retail Federation's Foundation. Their mission is to educate students, teachers, and parents about career opportunities in retail. Ms. Kramp holds a BS degree in business and fashion merchandising from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois.
