Huw is a director in the legal, compliance, government relations and communications team in the EMEA region and is the global lead for legal, regulatory and compliance. Huw’s team focuses are legal, regulatory, compliance and risk, supporting clients across financial services and corporates. Huw joined Leathwaite in 2012 and prior to this he was the Head of the Legal and Compliance practice EMEA at Sheffield Haworth. He started his career as a corporate lawyer in a City law firm before joining a leading global recruitment consultancy where he ran a team focussed on recruiting lawyers into the financial services industry. Huw graduated from the University of Leeds where he read Law.
