Latika brings 15+ years of extensive experience in executive search and HR management roles. Latika has executed mandates ranging from Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Higher Education, Consumer, Retail , Manufacturing, Technology, Automotive, Energy and Industrial sectors. Her love for search comes from the fact that every search mandate teaches something distinct which feeds into her lifelong learning desire. She has in the past worked with the likes of – Hedrick and Struggles, Omera Partners, Robertson Search, Sheffield Haworth and Transearch International where she executed global mandates spanning across geographies. She was also a core member of the Tata group where she was working with the chairman’s office and her remit was to execute “strategic executive level” hires for 100 operating companies under the Tata banner. While with the group she was also instrumental in delivering organisation development wide HR projects. She is also credited with founding and spearheading the Research team for Sheffield Haworth-India operations as one of its founding members. In her current role as a Principal Consultant, Research and Delivery, Latika is aiming at doing some impactful work and growing and thriving with the Mitchell Lake group team. Outside of work she is a hands-on mother, enjoys swimming and has a spiritual side too.
