Alex Heller advises private and public companies in the Healthcare Industry on strategic C-suite and board hires. Based in San Francisco, she leverages her experience in equity research at investment banks in New York City to coach clients on their most pressing assessment and leadership development needs. Prior to joining RRA, Alex worked at Oppenheimer and Jefferies in equity research covering biopharma stocks. In that role, she provided management and the investment community with opinionated reports on companies’ development and commercial success. With a degree in biochemistry, Alex built foundational knowledge of the industry as an analyst at Biomedtracker. She began her career recruiting consultants for biotech, pharma, and medical device companies in San Diego. Alex holds a BA in biochemistry, with a minor in business administration from the University of San Diego. Alex holds Series 7, 63, 86 & 87 licenses and passed Level 1 of the CFA program.
