Janet joins Sheffield Haworth as a Senior Associate in the Global Banking practice based in Hong Kong. Janet has over 20 years of executive search experiences, prior to joining us, she has a brief stint with Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagment Manager focusing on Private Equity. Before that, she spent over 10 years with DHR where she based in Shanghai most of the time being Head of Research, Financial Services, Greater China, providing services to a wide spectrum of clients in corporate and investment banking, real estate fund, real estate, asset management, equity research, wealth management, insurance and the Hong Kong SAR government. Prior, she also specialized in investment banking in HK and Japan at a financial botique named Global Sage. She also served as a consultant of HR practice for 4 years in Tokyo. Janet holds a degree in Psychology from University of Hong Kong; fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.'
