Alison Finn is a principal in True’s Boston office and focuses on executive placements within Healthcare and Life Science practices. She has a successful track record of recruiting across a diverse set of functions and across private and publicly-held organizations. Alison joined True from a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she partnered with innovative organizations seeking to drive transformation and growth within biotech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and digital health. Prior, Alison began her career at Boston Scientific in marketing for its endoscopy business unit. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, indoor cycling, yoga and hiking.
