Kathryn has over ten years’ global executive search and selection experience within EMEA, the US and APAC regions. She has successfully completed mandates across a diverse range of sectors including financial services, fintech, manufacturing and retail. In addition she has significant experience within market mapping, strategy and consultancy searches across energy, transportation and the agri-business sectors within EMEA. Kathryn’s functional expertise includes working across major financial conglomerates, PE backed businesses and privately owned start-ups advising on c-suite, senior level Finance, CFO, Corporate Development and Head of Desk and Country roles. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bristol University, United Kingdom
