Biography
Michelle has progressed into advising on leadership having invested four years supporting leadership experts.
She supports Odgers Berndston colleagues to serve their leading organisations in the not-for-profit, schools, higher education and health sectors and significant client accounts.
She advises clients how best to evaluate their executives or directors, through profiling or in-depth executive and media assessments, and oversees the delivery of these services to high quality specifications. She leads on the interpretation of profiles for individuals or teams’ leadership competencies and supports colleagues in the Leadership Advisory Practice with the planning and management of large-scale assessment and development programmes, design and implement Leadership Impact surveys and data analyses for leadership development, team coaching and Board Effectiveness reviews.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she held numerous project management and administrative roles in top global leadership and professional services firms. Michelle is trained in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools from Saville and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Education from the University of Chichester.
